Mr. Dada Kunle is MBA holder at the Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi in the year 2000; also obtained his PGDM in the same University in 1999. He has Diploma in Accounting in the year 1986 at the Ahmadu Bello University in Zaira. He is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB)
He started his Banking career in 1989 with Lion Bank PLC and later joined Chartered Bank in 1992-2001 and work in all aspect of banking operation duties; he resigned as the Head of Operations and later moved to the defunct Magnum Trust Bank which later through merger metamorphosed to Sterling Bank as Branch Operation Coordinator. He became a Branch manager in 2002 and rose to the post of regional business head in 2012 to 2014. Kunle Dada is the Chairman of Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital, Calabar. Former member Osun State Teaching Service Commission.
He stands out as a Change agent by virtue of his Management experience and the quest to improve everyone around him. His man management ability ensures he get along with others well. An excellent team player, who leads from the front and work hard to achieve maximum productivity with his team members. Akinyemi Akintunde Ogundipe is the Chief Operating Officer of IRL Microfinance Bank Limited. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) from Lagos State University (1999) and Bachelor of Science (Agriculture-1990) from The University of Ibadan. He is a Microfinance Certified Banker(MCIB). He has attended various trainings both locally and abroad. Akinyemi is a Doctor of Business Administration degree holder from Atlantic International University, USA.
Mr Ogundipe had a successful banking career beginning with Chartered Bank Plc in 1992. He started as an Assistant Supervisor in Training and rose through the rank and eventually resigned as the Head of Operations of Akure Branch of the Bank in 2001. He subsequently joined Magnum Trust Bank, which along with four other banks metamorphosed to Sterling Bank Plc. He disengaged as a Senior Manager in December 2011.
He founded West Wind Monsoon Limited through which he ventured into private business, manufacturing (Water packaging) and printing in 2012. He also ventured into export business between 2013 and 2015.
Akinyemi Ogundipe is a shareholder and a pioneer member of IRL MFB and IRL ENT LTD team. He has over 30 year’s cognate experience.
Mr. Bajela graduated with HND Accounting (Upper Credit) from the Ondo State Polytechnic Owo now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic. He is an MBA holder from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho in 2006. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, ICAN-2009. He is also a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB)-2016.
He started his banking career with Zenith Bank Plc in 1995 and held various roles in the operations department of the bank and eventually resigned his appointment in 2006.
He subsequently joined Sovereign Microfinance in 2008 as Head of internal Control and audit. He moved to Ric Microfinance Bank in 2011to continue his professional career as Head of Audit and was later elevated to the position of Chief Operating officer in 2018, he resigned his appointment With Ric Microfinance in May, 2022. Mr. Bajela appointment as the Head of financial Control/ Risk Management of IRL Microfinance Bank was effective June, 2022.
Olaofe Olumuyiwa Sunday was born in Lagos but hails from Ekiti-State. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1996 with B. Sc in Economics and also had Master in Business Administration in the same University in 2010. He served with 82 Division Nigerian Army between 1996 and 1997 in Enugu State.
He started his banking career in 2001 with Guardian Express Bank, where he worked in all the Units in Operations. Subsequent to the consolidation of Banks in 2006, his service was transferred to Spring Bank Plc where he functioned as Head, Cash Management.
Spring Bank transformed to Enterprise Bank from 2006 to 2007 and Enterprise Bank to Heritage Bank from 2015 to 2016. He served in different Risk Management Division as Regional Control Manager and Team Lead Audit during the period of transformation of the Bank. His key areas of experience are Banking Operations, Internal Control, Audit and Risk Management..
He presently works as Head of Internal Control and Audit of IRL Micro finance Bank Limited.
Shola Falode hold B.sc degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, Ogun state. He has nine years working experience in different organization both in asset management and healthcare sector before taken up role of Financial Controller in the banking sector.
He worked with kingsthrones Limited (Asset Management) and after three wonderful years he left to team up with St Nicholas hospital where he worked as credit control officer and in charge of HMO’(Health Maintenance Organization) and companies.
He presently works as Head of Recovery of IRL Micro finance Bank Limited.
Mrs. Egbujor Roseline attended Yaba College of Technology, Yaba Lagos State, where she studied Secretary Administration with Higher National Diploma.
She joined the defunct Magnum Trust Bank Ltd in 2000 as a Teller before the transformation of the Bank in year 2006 to Sterling Bank Plc.
She has served on all operation desks before she left the Bank in 2018, to pursue her business career. She later joined Abiss- Carol Schools in June 2021, where she functioned as a Class Teacher/Administrator.
She moved to IRL Microfinance Bank Ltd in August 2023, where she is presently functioning as the Head, Human Resources.
Abimbola attended Federal Polytechnic, Offa Kwara State where she studied Accountancy and graduated with Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit Division..
She started her career in banking in 2009 with New Life Microfinance Bank Ltd now Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Plc as a field officer.
In 2011, She joined Afribank Microfinance Bank Ltd now Mainstreet Microfinance bank Ltd where she worked as an Account Officer and also in charge of sales of JAMB scratch card. She later went to further her education and come back to join the bank in 2017 till 2021 She is so vast in Microfinance banking and a great team player.
She Joined IRL Microfinance Bank since April 2021.She is presently functioning as a Business Development Manager and is a certified microfinance Banker (MCIB).
